Welcome to AureliaRosePaquette.com
A recent transplant to the beautiful city of San Francisco, I was born, bred, and educated in Boston. I spent my youth wandering through cobblestone streets, eating my way through neighborhoods, and soaking up the splendor of my favorite museums. For college, I crossed the Charles River to make my home at Harvard, where I enjoyed beautiful brick architecture and the friendship of out-of-town peers whom I could introduce to all my favorite places.
In my junior year of college, I founded this site, which quickly grew from a casual project to a central passion, as I describe in this HerCampus interview. While in college I also met Rolan, my love, whom you’ll meet frequently across these pages. He is my partner in all things, including this blog, to which he contributes inspiration and photography.
Recently graduated, I have now made my home here with Rolan in Nob Hill, San Francisco, as I describe in this Bob Cut Mag interview. I spend my days working in digital marketing by the sea, searching for finishing touches for my apartment, visiting parks and vineyards, and getting to know this city one hill at a time.
I believe that travel is transformative and weekend trips essential; that impromptu cheese boards are the best form of entertaining; that luxury doesn’t have to be expensive; that you can never have too many flowers or too much tea; and that, though the world is full of dazzling places, with love and good design, home can and should be your favorite destination.
Thank you for coming by! I’m so happy to be sharing my journey with you.
